A graduate of the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, Valérie is an economist specializing in financial analysis and a board member of French Tech Toulon. She spent 17 years in the banking sector, working in international finance in Luxembourg, marketing, and project management. A woman who thrives on challenges, she joined 3 Suisses in 2009, a pioneering brand in sustainable development.
She led the Benelux region and the French Marketing Department until the end of 2018, when the company was sold. At the end of 2019, she founded Green Score Capital, a pioneering company in environmental risk analysis using satellite and geospatial data, with a team of scientists.

An experienced financial and operational director, he has led international restructurings and developments within retail and distribution groups (3 Suisses, Heytens, Le Roi du Matelas) for 20 years. A graduate of SKEMA Business School with a Master’s degree in Audit and Management Control, he has mastered all aspects of financial management: accounting, treasury, management control, banking relations, and reporting implementation.
His multi-country experience (France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Eastern Europe) and his skills in interim management complement his profile as a leader recognized for his agility and ability to support corporate transformations.
Operational management team
Eliette Ascensio, Scientific Project Coordinator, is a research engineer in environmental sciences and holds a doctorate in biology. She specializes in environmental impact assessment and biodiversity protection. She earned her doctorate from the University of Tours (François Rabelais), where she studied the multidrug resistance of Proteus mirabilis genomic islands. She then pursued postdoctoral research at INRAE on Listeria monocytogenes in soils before joining the University of Toulon as a lecturer and supervisor.
Passionate about research and knowledge sharing, Eliette Ascensio has published several scientific articles on topics such as bacterial resistance, biological invasions, and the effects of environmental disturbances on biodiversity. Her expertise extends to the use of scientific data to guide concrete actions for ecosystem sustainability.
Hadjer Dellani, Remote Sensing Manager: An agricultural engineer with a master’s degree in soil conservation, she specializes in the use of remote sensing and space-based tools for sustainable soil management and improved agricultural practices. She worked for five years at the Algerian Space Agency, where she led projects involving digital soil mapping, land-use planning, and geospatial modeling of coastal dunes. In 2023, she joined EDP Renewables as Head of Renewable Energy Studies, focusing on agrivoltaic projects that combine agriculture and solar energy.
Hadjer Dellani has also published several scientific articles on coastal monitoring and beach erosion in Algeria, using innovative deep learning approaches. Her expertise lies at the intersection of sustainable agriculture, soil conservation, and the use of space technologies to improve environmental management.
Sinda Bettaieb, Scientific Methodologies Coordinator, is an environmental engineer specializing in contaminated soil management and sustainable solutions. A graduate of the National Agronomic Institute of Tunisia and holding a Master’s degree in Industrial and Urban Environmental Sciences from the École des Mines de Saint-Étienne, she has acquired expertise in environmental impact assessment and land management. She worked at Ramboll Management Consulting on industrial site remediation projects and at ECONICK on agricultural land management.
Currently a research engineer at Green Score Capital, her career demonstrates her versatility and commitment to environmental sustainability, with technical skills in agroecological mapping and irrigation systems.
Adrien Gaillard, Data Project Manager, is in charge of developing the FootPrint Target® software package for assessing environmental impacts. Adrien previously worked as a research engineer at the CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission), where he developed a dynamic life cycle assessment tool for energy transition scenarios.
Holding a Master’s degree in Economics, specializing in economic evaluation and climate change adaptation, Adrien has mastered machine learning skills, combining technical expertise with a commitment to sustainability.
